Terms of Service/Use (TOS)
1. Art Strengths, + Will's and Wont's
I am best at drawing girls/women/traditionally "feminine" body types, but I will draw any gender.I am most confident in my abilities to draw cat furries, bunny furries, fox furries, and canine furries, but will attempt to draw any species.I LOVE working with these themes:

Feral animals (Unless they are certain Pokemon, it is just out of my skill set at this time) ❌Mecha/Heavy armor ❌Certain overly-complex designs (Always feel free to ask me about it, though) ❌Complex backgrounds/scenes ❌Heavy/explicit NSFW of any kind ❌Hateful symbolism ❌Politics ❌Underage characters in NSFW or suggestive situations ❌Zoophilia ❌Anything else at my own discretion, I decide what I'm comfortable drawing. ❌
2. Turn-around-time policy, Revisions, Methods of payment, and Payment process
TAT POLICY:
Turn-around-time (TAT), or the amount of time in which you will receive your finished artwork, is flexible and can vary depending on my current life situation, and current physical + mental health needs. That being said, I have no set-in-stone TAT; artwork will be done whenever it is done. Most artworks will take at least 3 weeks minimum.
I am physically disabled and mentally disordered, so please be patient with me.Sketch and process pictures will be sent to you as they're available.Commissions will (most times) be drawn in the order they are received, unless a commission seems particularly easy, then it could have the possibility to be moved up in the queueI give frequent-as-you'd-like updates as well, when it comes to anything art related I owe you. Never feel afraid to reach out to me, I AM VERY FORGETFUL AND THIS WOULD ACTUALLY BE INCREDIBLY HELPFUL TO ME!Please understand a commission may take more or less time depending on the current situation I am in, and how many artworks I have in my queue!
3. Revisions:
One (1) Large revisions is free.(Changing lineart, changing expression, etc. count as "Large" revisions)Small revisions (Such as changing one color, or removing a pattern) are always free.After your free large revision is used, it is $5 USD for every proceeding large revision.
4. Method(s) of Payment (MOP):
I currently accept the following services as methods of payment:

5. Payment process:
Payments only accepted in USDOnce you're given a quote for your commission request, I will accept payment after the initial sketch is approved by youNo refunds in most cases, but if we have a misunderstanding please tell me; I always want to set things fair and rightUPON PURCHASE OF PRODUCTUpon purchase of art, you ✔️MAY✔️:Post to other websites freely with the watermark, as long as credit is given when asked ✔️Post to other websites without the watermark, as long as credit is given to me via linking my Facebook page (fb.com/porygonzz), or any of my socials ✔️Edit the artwork(s)/images yourself, as long as you credit me as the original artist ✔️Print my art out for personal use ✔️IF YOU RECEIVED A CHARACTER DESIGN FROM ME, YOU MAY:Change their gender/name/elements of their designAdd elements onto their designRemove elements of their designYou MAY ❌NOT❌:Upload the unwatermarked piece/pieces without credit ❌Claim the artwork as your own ❌Claim the design as your own (If you received a custom design from me, always credit me as the character's designer, this includes further use of said character) ❌Sell my designs for more than you paid for them, without the addition of more artwork ❌Upload my art to any AI (artificial intelligence) programs or apps that learn to make new artwork from existing artwork, such as Lensa, DALL-E, Wombo, or Starryai. ❌
(Image descriptor AIs, such as Hugging Face Stable Diffusion are ok.)Use my art as NFTs/Non-fungible tokens or Cryptocurrency of any kind ❌Use my art for commercial use (such as, printed on objects to be sold) WITHOUT checking with me first, and you may have to pay extra for commercial use, but this goes by a case-by-case basis. ❌Post my art in any hate groups/troll groups ❌***Failure to adhere to this TOS may result in deletion of your art and may also get you blacklisted from working with me in the future. ***THIS TOS WILL BE UPDATED AS I SEE FIT.
